This marketing campaign highlights the role of the MLS in creating and preserving a healthy, efficient real estate market, summarized in the slogan Making the Market Work® .

This campaign is about you and for you - the CMLS member. We want to make it easy for you to adapt the campaign to your own market and communicate the irreplaceable value your organization provides to real estate professionals and consumers.

To make that happen, we've created a set of marketing materials for you. 

CMLS Trademark License - “Making the Market Work”

By utilizing the CMLS “Making the Market Work” registered trademark and related materials (collectively the “MTMW Mark”), you agree on behalf of your multiple listing service company (“You”) to the following.

• You will only use the MTMW Mark in connection with your MLS business.
• You will only use the MTMW Mark in conformance with the style guidelines provided with the MTMW Mark.
• You will not use the MTMW Mark in any part of any domain name, website name, or software application.
• You will not use the MTMW Mark in a way that misleads the affiliation of you and CMLS.
• You agree that CMLS is the sole owner of MTMW Mark.
• Either You or CMLS may terminate this license at anytime for any or no reason.
• After termination of this license, You will immediately cease using the MTMW Mark.
