CMLS will present its Best Practices from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, March 11 at the AE Institute in San Antonio, Texas. Best Practices remain the most honest benchmarking assessment for MLS organizations in the real estate industry.
“We are all striving to do good, but what if you could learn a few tips and take it to the next level?” asks Lauren Hansen, CEO of Information and Real Estate Services, LLC and president-elect of CMLS. “CMLS Best Practices offer a wealth of information whether you’re an industry veteran or new to your job.”
Many contributors from a wide variety of organizations and people within the real estate industry helped to construct them with an expressed interest in improving professional standards. Since the introduction of Best Practices, more and more MLS organizations have accepted the challenge and adopted these standards for the benefit of their subscribers, volunteers, and employees.
The sessions provided at the AE Institute will help MLS organizations conduct an honest benchmark assessment on their organization. Presenters will include Lauren Hansen along with Shelley Specchio, CEO of Northern Nevada Regional MLS; Matthew Consalvo, CEO of Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service; and Kathy Condon, CEO of MLS Property Information Network.
Best Practices are one of many ways that CMLS is working to advance the MLS industry through unified leadership, collaboration, and education to align the real estate industry toward a better, more efficient marketplace. CMLS Best Practices participants are encouraged to indicate they are attending on the CMLS Facebook event page. CMLS Best Practices are scheduled to be held in the Grand Ballroom Salon J at the Marriott Rivercenter.
