(Rockville, Md. and King of Prussia, Pa.) – Bright MLS, the leading multiple listing service (MLS) in the Mid-Atlantic representing 95,000 real estate professionals in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia, today announced that Troy Rech is joining the Bright MLS executive team as Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Rech will oversee all growth initiatives for the company, including subscriber growth, geographic expansion, and partnerships.

Rech’s career in the real estate technology industry spans more than 20 years, with recent stints at Clareity and CoreLogic. As a founder of Clareity, Rech oversaw revenue growth and helped build the company to serve over one million real estate professionals across North America by 2017. Ultimately, Rech and his fellow founders sold the company to CoreLogic’s Real Estate Solutions Group. Rech took over the role of sales leader for four individual sales teams at CoreLogic and merged them into two function-oriented teams while experiencing double-digit growth rates year over year.

"Troy is someone whom I have known and respected for a long time. His vast industry experience will make a significant impact as we continue to build a culture of innovation at Bright MLS," said Brian Donnellan, President and CEO of Bright MLS. "Troy brings a unique perspective, strong leadership, and extensive relationships across the real estate industry to our senior leadership team."

Rech received his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and his master’s degree in Management Studies from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in Roanoke, Virginia, with his wife, Kim, and two sons, Grayson and Campbell.
