Welcome to the new CMLS Learning Center. Below are FAQs to help you get started on the new education portal.
1. What is new about the system?
We are excited to bring you an upgraded and enhanced user experience with the CMLS Learning Center. The new CMLS Learning Center will make training your team easy and accessible. With this new platform, you can rest assured that you will have access to the same training courses, and additional content in the future. The new platform will make purchasing and accessing courses much simpler. You will be able to track where you are in the courses, completion status, and receive certificates once you complete a bundle to show proof of completion and expertise.
2. How do I log in?
Note: You must be logged in with an individual level account. If you are a non-member and interested in content, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Does each person need their own login?
Yes, each participant needs an individual login to register for their own courses. This allows the participant to know exactly where they left off, track their progress, and allow them to print education certificates.
4. How long do I have to complete my courses?
Once you activate a purchased access to the certification, you will have 1 year to complete the course. After a year, your course access will be deactivated and you will have to repurchase the course.
9. How do I complete and activate a registration?
On the Learning Center access page, you will see a button that allows you to add the course to your shopping cart and register. By clicking this link, you will be taken to the shopping cart area where you will be asked if you would like to add that course to your cart. Next, you will proceed to checkout where you will enter payment information. Once the payment is complete, you will automatically be redirected to the Learning Center. To access the course after that, you can visit the main Learning Center access page and click the button at the bottom to be redirected. You will automatically be logged into the Learning Center. No separate login is needed.
