To help MLSs articulate their value proposition to agents and brokers, the Council of MLSs created “The Value of MLS,” which includes templated high-quality ads that show members viscerally how the MLS helps them in unseen ways every day.
The viral nature of this campaign has made it unique and successful. CMLS members have embraced the Making The Market Work messaging and customized templates to share in their own markets. We’re thrilled that this effort has qualified as an Inman Innovator Finalist.
