CMLS Appoints 2021 Chair-Elect and Two Directors

HENDERSON, Nev., June 8, 2021 – The Council of Multiple Listing Services’ (CMLS) Board of Directors has appointed a 2021 Chair-Elect and new Directors. They will assume their positions effective immediately. Matthew Consalvo, CEO of Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (Arizona), was appointed 2021 Chair-Elect with automatic ascension to 2022 Chair. John DiMichele, CEO of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (Toronto) and Faith Geronimo, CEO and President of Hawaii Information Services (Hawaii) were both appointed to fill board vacancies. DiMichele previously held an ex-officio advisory seat on the board of directors and his term will end in 2023. Geronimo’s term will end in 2021. "The CMLS Board of Directors is a dynamic group of industry leaders dedicated to driving the MLS industry forward to build a better marketplace. I am excited Matthew, John, and Faith are part of this group of individuals working collaboratively to shape the future of the multiple listing service,” said Denée Evans, CEO of CMLS. "CMLS and the MLS community are fortunate to have them serve in this leadership role.” Consalvo joins the CMLS Executive Committee including chair Dave Howe, vice president of Client Success and Compliance for MetroList (California); secretary/treasurer Anne Marie DeCatsye, Esq., CEO of Canopy REALTOR® Association/Canopy MLS (North Carolina), and past chair Brad Bjelke, CEO of UtahRealEstate.com (Utah). DiMichele and Geronimo join current directors Amy Gorce, executive leader of sales at CoreLogic (Idaho), Dionna Hall, CEO of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS® (Florida); Tom Hurdelbrink, CEO of Northwest Multiple Listing Services (Washington); Carrie Kendall, executive officer of Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS® and general manager for the Indiana Regional MLS LLC (Indiana); Katie Smithson, director of enterprise sales at Lone Wolf Technologies; and Jim Yockel, CEO of Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® (New York).
