CMLS accepts MLS director applications and Business Partner director applications for openings on its 2022 Board of Directors through August 19, 2021. The returning board is especially interested in those who are ready to make contributions to CMLS, MLS, and the real estate industry.
Qualifications & Expectations
Active CMLS member in good standing
Willing to fulfill the obligations of the office
Ready to serve three years, starting January 1, 2022
Able to participate in person, by phone, and electronically
Capable of attending and participating in CMLS events
Confident in mentoring and recruiting new CMLS members
Strategically focused on the future needs of the industry
What You Will Do
Share ideas that will shape industry priorities. Having a talented board with diverse backgrounds allows CMLS the opportunity to represent the MLS and maximize membership value, services, programming, and events in the real estate industry.
Work with the most knowledgeable professionals in real estate, meet and greet new members from around the world, and exchange knowledge on timely topics.
Be at the forefront of shaping policies that your stakeholders rely on and be the voice of all members.
Be recognized as a leader that has a strong commitment to the industry.
Please submit an application along with a headshot and bio before August 19, 2021. The nominations committee will review all applications and submit a slate to the board for approval. Once approved, CMLS members will vote on the candidates, and new directors will be announced at CMLS2021.
