CMLS Announces New Officers and Directors for 2022

HENDERSON, Nev., January 10, 2022 – The Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the professional trade organization that serves the Multiple Listing Services industry, has elected new officers and directors for 2022. They assumed their positions on January 1, 2022.

Matthew Consalvo, CEO of Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (Arizona) will serve as chair; Jim Yockel, CEO of Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® was named chair-elect; and Carrie Kendall, executive officer of Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS® and general manager for the Indiana Regional MLS LLC (Indiana) was elected secretary/treasurer. They will be joined on the CMLS executive team by past chair Dave Howe, vice president of Client Success and Compliance for MetroList (California).

Newly elected MLS directors for three-year terms include Brian Donnellan, CEO of Bright MLS (Maryland); Faith Geronimo, CEO and President of Hawaii Information Services (Hawaii); and Nicole Jensen, CEO of realMLS (Florida).

They will join current MLS directors Tom Hurdelbrink, CEO of Northwest Multiple Listing Services (Washington); John DiMichele, CEO of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (Toronto); and Dionna Hall, CEO of REALTORS® of Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale (Florida).

MLS directors are elected by the general membership. The board of directors elects officers. Election results were announced in September at CMLS2021.
