Implementation Guide One Data Source Policy (8.6) & Broker Back Office Data Feed Policy (8.7)

After collecting feedback from our MLS members, technology partners, industry stakeholders and Board of Directors, the CMLS Data Access Concepts (DAC) work group developed this implementation guide. The guide is intended to help you operationalize and implement changes to your MLS systems and licensing frameworks for NAR Policy Statements 8.6 and 8.7. CMLS submitted a letter to NAR requesting clarification on policy statements 8.6, 7.58, 7.91 along with a recommendation to extend their implementation dates to ensure smooth policy adoption. You can review the clarifications on NAR's FAQ and we are pleased to share the implementation dates for policy statements 8.6, 7.58, 7.91 have been extended to September 1, 2022.

Please note: Policy Statement 8.7 and all other 2022 policies have a March 1, 2022 implementation date.
