Henderson, Nevada, October 5, 2022– The Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the professional trade organization that serves the Multiple Listing Services industry, has elected new officers for 2023. The new officers will assume their positions on January 1, 2023. Jim Yockel, CEO of Upstate NY Real Estate Information Service, Inc. (New York) will serve as chair; Dionna Hall, CEO of BeachesMLS (Florida) was named chair-elect; and John DiMichele, CEO of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (Toronto) was elected secretary/treasurer. All three will serve one-year terms. They will be joined on the CMLS Executive Committee by current chair Matthew Consalvo, CEO of ARMLS® (Arizona), when he becomes past chair in 2023. “I am excited to be turning the page on 2022 and with that comes changes to the CMLS Executive Committee. This has been an outstanding year building on the foundation of the leaders that brought the organization to this point, “ said Matt Consalvo, CMLS Chair. “I know CMLS will be in great hands as I move into the role of past chair and give Jim Yockel, 2023 Chair, and his leadership team, Dionna and John, the charge to keep advancing the mission and message of CMLS. Although the page turns it is great to know the chapter is not yet over and I look forward to the growth CMLS will experience under Jim’s leadership.” The executive committee, along with the directors, work to advance the multiple listing service by supporting the CMLS mission and strategic initiatives. The board of directors elects officers. MLS director nominations will open in early October. MLS directors are elected by the general membership and will be announced in December and begin their term on January 1. ### About CMLS CMLS is an association of over 220 Multiple Listing Services, serving over 1.7 million subscribers.
