2023 CMLX3 Class Announced

The Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) is proud to announce the roster for the CMLX3 class of 2023. Twenty-one MLS executives from across North America will meet this March to embark on a six-month leadership journey, culminating with graduation at CMLS2023 this October. 

“CMLX3 is the premier leadership training program for MLS executives. The course work and projects are specific to the MLS community,” said Denee Evans, CEO of CMLS. “We are appreciative of this impressive group of individuals who are investing their time and money not only in their personal growth as leaders, but, also in advancing the MLS industry.”

As the most comprehensive industry leadership program offered for the MLS industry, the selection process wasn’t easy. This year’s CMLX3 participants were chosen based upon seniority within their organizations, accomplishments within the MLS, related real estate industries, written responses to application questions, and completion of CMLX1 and CMLX2.

Nationally recognized executive coach Matthew Ferrara will lead participants in their leadership journey. Through course work and instructional sessions participants will focus on MLS strategy, leadership skills development, and critical thinking.
