You champion the MLS every day through your leadership and engagement in your local MLS community – are you ready to bring that energy to CMLS and make an impact at the national level? We want individuals with a passion for leading and a vision for a thriving future of CMLS and the MLS industry to join the CMLS Board of Directors.

Applications are open for three (3) MLS seats on the CMLS Board of Directors!

Are you ready to?

• Share ideas that will shape industry priorities. A talented board with diverse backgrounds and perspectives allows CMLS to be the voice of MLS to maximize membership value, benefits, services, programs, and events in the industry.

• Work with the most knowledgeable professionals in real estate, meet and greet new members from the industry, and exchange knowledge on timely topics.

• Be at the forefront of shaping MLS best practices and policies that industry stakeholders rely on.

• Be recognized as a leader with a strong commitment to the industry and passion to advance the MLS.

You must be:

• Strategically focused on the future needs of the MLS industry

• A leader in your organization

• Excited to attend and participate in CMLS events

• Confident in mentoring and recruiting new CMLS members

• Committed to fulfilling your duties and obligations as a director

• Ready to serve three years, starting January 1, 2024

• Available to attend and be an active participant in all board meetings - in-person and virtual

• In attendance at the Strategic Planning Session - December 4-6, 2023 in Las Vegas, NV
