White Paper on NAR Policy Statement 7.42

CMLS has developed a white paper on NAR Policy Statement 7.42 in response to proposed revisions currently under consideration by the NAR Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board. 

As an organization that serves to advance multiple listing services through collaboration, we identified possible changes to the existing policy in order to further support and enrich the national conversation. Using feedback from our membership and Board of Directors to help facilitate discussion, we identified options and explored the benefits and implications of each. This resource is provided as a framework through which to contribute your market experience and expertise to the greater perspective.
