Has anyone gone back to the office with your staff? How has the experience been? Are you finding people want to stay working from home? Interested to hear what people are experiencing.

We started with voluntary back to the office for this week, alternating for next week and everyone report full time on June 1. I had a zoom call with my staff yesterday and asked if anyone was going to be coming to the office this week. The result was a unanimous NO. They are now used to and loving work from home (for different reasons - some good, some bad ).

I go in occasionally for specific tasks that are difficult or cumbersome to do from home, like scanning large docs, and checking the mail. We have a skeleton crew going in as needed, IT, accounting, portal ops. We are still encouraging associates to work from home.

We are slowly bringing people back to the office - staggered to maintain plenty of social distancing. Our Customer Service team has been in office really the entire time to issue keyboxes (with curbside service, appointment only). A large majority are still working from Home.
