We are a newly-formed small regional MLS in western North Dakota (disclosure) and Montana (non-disclosure). There are some brokers in Montana interested in our MLS but are concerned, due to the MT laws, with the release of Sold info in some data feeds. Wondering if others deal with this and how it is handled.
